TCS monthly bonus component

TCS has monthly and quarterly pay. I am aware that quarterly pay is variable. Can someone tell if Monthly bonus is variable or fixed for “Associate Consultant”? Appreciate response !

Monthly Fixed. Quarterly depending on your WFO>85%, Billable>80% till C2 And after that depending on business performance

Wanted to confirm because in the offer letter they gave as 12% is quarterly bonus and 10% is monthly bonus that too as “Associate Consultant “ designation I am trying to understand if they deduct monthly bonus as well. In that case the whole ctc reduces in drastic way
