Not a religious person but after joining tcs going to temple weekly twice to cope up.

Work culture here is so different they expect full professionalism even with dresscode but they won't do it after work hours they are calling to personel mobile and dumping work with strict deadlines and experience personnel delegating work to newbies and expecting to deliver.

You need to set boundaries make yourself unavailable after work hours

Same is happening to me. They expecting freshers to work and deliver. They won't even approve any leaves. Working continuously on weekends and late night.
