Agreed, Very bad policy if you want to add another family person in your mediclaim policy please choose outsiders not Maddy buddy. I have submitted all the bills each and every bill for a single penny but at last they are just reputed my claim by just saying your expenses are not in a single paper...even i have all the documents.Such a bad reason they provided to me.

Yes exactly same happened with me...they keep asking doctor name degree hospital mobile number etc ..though every information is clearly mentioned in prescription ...and in city like Bangalore in such a big hospital like aster ...how come we can submit false paper....these mediclaim guys r seriously very irritating.

Pulled the same shit on me. Told me the final bill is not as per their requirement. Told them to give me a sample so I'll get in same format. Then they started saying our system is down, we cannot access your ticket details. Just a big hoax. Big regret on choosing it.

It's just become a very poor policy compared to external providers. As long as you've read the policy documents properly, you won't feel you've been defrauded.

Agree. I am not sure why in market TCS so much hype is that mediclaim policy is really good n all, so people staying here year by year. But which I don't feel at all.

My hospital reimbursement was rejected by because the treatment was taken from non government / non- NABH ayush hospitals.
Better go with cashless facilities if available.

Just couple of days I faced the same issue. For my wife's dental treatment I provided all the bills. Yet they're rejecting with some BS reason. I was shocked that a big company can do this.

I have used TCS medi claim insurance multiple times without any issues. I have got cashless reimbursement to 98% of bill value. However I understand they have made some changes to terms and conditions this year. So cant commit about current policy

First of all you cannot claim compensation for the medicines not marked as Rx .
Next in the non metro areas the medicine delivery service is poor . Most of the time they send wrong medicines as per their wish saying it's of the same composition.

The charges this year is quite high .
You cannot reduce the slab for 3 years even if you feel it's not required.
If you remove any member , you cannot add them before 3 years . The 3rd year you have to pay without getting any benefits .

Copay of 20% looks higher
If the doctor charges more money for an OT , than the amount specified by hospital. Then the extra amount has to be paid by the policy holder.

The GST amount has to be paid by policy holder
