Please let me know can I enroll my spouse at this time in TCS HIS and what will be the deduction for spouse

You need to add her as a beneficiary in the system. Health policy by default covers spouse and children but they needed to be added in the system.
If you are a new joinee then you have a 90 day period to add but if you are not then only in April month Please check with your HR for details
There is no specific period of time to add spouse...after your marriage get the proof of marriage like Marriage certificate and add you spouse name in GESS and make her as dependent and change your Status as married and upload marriage certificate...
In 5-10 days your spouse will get added into health insurance and domiciliary account will activate then.
