What I remember is two cycles are covered. 1 lac per cycle.

Yes, that is what I am also expecting. After submitting all the docs they are repetedly asking for documents. Reports and bills. Where can I escalate this ?

Overall cost is close to 2 lakhs. Expecting to get 1 lakh for one cycle. They are asking for detailed break up of all expences cost but it seems they are not happy with the way the docs are shared by hospital. Still following up with them.

U will get upto 2 lack per cycle

One of my frd had same situation
But he provided all documents and got approved 2lack 10 thousand
He recieved 1lack 80 thousand within 15 days after submitting all necessary documents

Hospital break up bill is necessary

in 2023 I claimed 1 lak for IVF treatment. you need to upload the detailed break up bill then only approve your claim. Pls ask in the hospital they will provide the break up bill.

Why they will not approve ? Its clearly written under policy coverage that IVF is covered treatmemt for 1 Lakh per cycle. Whats the reason they gave ?

If they don't want to give, they won't. They gave lame excuses that the documents I sent is not opening. Some issue with pdf version.

First check latest policy from policy hub and then quoting policy page or screenshot escalate if your claim is according to policy and if they denying ask for property reason
