if managers and/or HRs can keep aside their ego for 1 second and listen to reasonable concerns of employees, a lot will change. Many people from my college had joined startups at relatively lower pay, 15-20k/month. But 4-5 years, nearly all of them were at much better places with 5-10x of their original income of 2-3 lakhs. The reason that they worked at those startups wasn't because of money or goodies. They felt a sense of belonging and knew that their work is of good quality and suitable for their skillset.
That's where TCS fails miserably. Many skilled folks are either underpaid or not working in a desired project. Despite that, it is a manager/HRs role to bring up the employees morale and give a sense of belonging.
Dont compare TCS with start-ups. TCS is not a company where you need high level of skills to survive. Even very few projects deals with latest tech trends. TCS gain max revenue with support projects. Keep your expectations down if you want to survive in TCS. Nothing will happen if you blame HR or managers. Toxicity in work place need to be avoided.

True, I have worked with manual testers who don't know what they are testing, data engineers who don't know what .T is. Then when you apply for a job. And get a call... You are even denied an interview because either 90 day notice period OR an incompetent guy sitting on bench.
People who switch to TCS from different companies are vocal about the fact that the Reputation is a lie and the company is a Tar Pit

We can’t go there and kill someone we can discuss our challenges only and how to come out of this situation.manager ko mane 3 times sent direct email that I am not interested in this project and ask for release . DP DM and BRM also copied in that email now u tell me what is the next action item
