TCS market leader in giving worst salary hikes. Leadership earning in crores and employees are given peanuts.

💯 agree. Huge gap... in salary, benefits and even respect for people. The worst I have ever seen and heard.......

C4 in our vertical getting 14 LPA.. believe it or not. In TCS for last 19 years with total 23 YOE,but complete junk. Why TCS is not taking action, either keep it and give them goals to learn/enhance their skills or just move them out. They will never be helpful in org growth.
