
TCS Manager spoiled my Rating and threatening me
Hi,
I was hired as abc technology in TCS and after joining they gave me totally different technology work which is out of my syllabus. They used mentally torture me and threatening me if they don't do this work then they will spoil my career at TCS. Finally when rating came out they did gave me "D" Rating and still not willing to release me from project. My manager also pressure me that I will put Ethic concern on me and harrassment case on me and I will be behind the bars. I am really mentally distributed. I am really feeling suicidal.
Please someone help me what I should do now. I have home load which I need to pay every month and need to take care of my family..

Raise grievance against them in ultimatix. Panel is too transparent there. They take strict actions against the person whom grievance has been raised.

Record any conversation.. and sue the hell out of them! (Your home loan will be cleared in a single go!)

Not sure how many associates aware TCS is fairly , equal opportunity employer if any such inequality happened with you address this serious concern with Grievance online portal and email to HRBP to get the guidance for it . Don't why you are not aware of this ..In any company such dept is available or complaint dept will help you ..before that you should have all evidence and detailing against it.

I wish I can raise grievances and complain. But they always threatened me that they were some screenshots of me being away every time and not working. Also, they said I don't respect them and not behave in a good manner.

I have only one proof which is work/project work which I was assigned to me and that is completely not related to my skills and pas experience.

Write it to CEO and include entire TCS leadership. They will come and talk to you.

Try hard, give an interview outside. Get an offer and then expose your manager in front of HR.
Why are you so afraid and willing to stay in this organisation in such a negative environment.
Your knowledge and career matters, not your company and managers.

You sue them with evidence or you find job outside thats all you can do but dont be depressed the ball is in your hands as i said you are responsible for your actions not others

If any kind of threat just do a general diary at your nearest police station... and report that to HR with a scan copy. He would lose the job within 1 week.
