TCS management games...
I have been asked for release from my project and management are just giving the reason that they need to take the approval from the client even though I discussed that I'm tcs resource how can the client decide. But my management said that it's a policy under agreement with the client. Is it true? Management is taking more than 2 months to fill out my position even though there are a lot of people who are having experience more than me in the same technology . I'm not getting why I'm getting survived..
That's true. There may be agreement with client you may have initially signed
No one informed me while joining the project. Is it usual?
I think of they didn't inform you or you didn't signed agreement then they can immediately release you but the problem is they don't want to release you because client is paying to project because you are there hence they want to find replacement first and then release you. Anyway I would suggest if you have completed 1 year there's no much to stay here. Leave asap.
