Tcs mail box full issue

i am not able to send mails on tcs mail id. It says my mail box is full.. but I have deleted all the items in mail still it shows the same error.. please suggest what should I do?

if u hv deleted from phone then it won't affect the actual mail storage. u need to do it on asset.
