TCS Maha Chor Company - Thief Consultancy Services

I have been reporting to clients location daily from May 02nd Onwards.

My project did not raise any exception for me. I continued to raise 2 office daily and was reporting every single day. On 21st May I asked one person to create a roaster for client location reporting which he did.

Last month when Quarterly Variable Pay was paid I was shocked to see only 20% QVP paid out for me. 40K was deducted.

And then I saw this new feature rolled out in 2office for WFO complaince which showed Apr -100%, May - 0% , July - 100% Overall quarter compliance - 67%

They deducted 40k even though my attendance at office was 100% - not even a single leave taken, no work from home taken.

Asked my manager she said she is in touch with HR regarding it.

I mailed HR, HR says exception was not raised and hence QVP was deducted as per policy.

They are not even ready to reimburse the deduction. WTF seriously, this company is stooping down to lowest levels day by day.

Even after going office daily I have to pay a price of 40k from my pocket.

Didn't get you? You went to office everyday, then what was the need to raise an exception?

He was reporting to client location. Client locations do not have tcs swipe tracking.

@TeemingJade1 Talk to your manager. Some managers can raise Night Shift allowance on someone else's name and give it to you gradually. Like 5k a month.

Send email addressing your HR every single day on next steps and what are his plans to compensate for this.

After a week or so. Copy HR's supervisor. Continue the follow up email.

I faced almost similar situation, my project does not have odc in bangalore and i was clearly told in email also that project will take care of qva but they did not do anything and i recieved zero qva. When i raised this concern with HR, account dilivery head and unit head all are shit in tcs. All says they have raised my issue to management but they dont have any power to reverse it. So i understood tcs is biggest shit company i have ever encountered.

Ask them to revise the WFO exception. HR can do it. You will receive your deducted amount in next month salary.

They straight away denied that saying no modifications are allowed for the last quarter

TCS is a biggest scam in corporate. I m not sure if there is bigger than this. It's like all fancy names, awards etc but reality it's a Lala company.

Exactly, this company is full of scams. They are making profits by deducting employees money. QVP is a big scam here.

I am also reporting to client location without raising exception. In 2office, showing 100 Percent & qva received 100 %

Ask the HR in writing about your deductions. I have asked it and no response yet. But i will push and push. It is our hard earned money. Let ppl responsible, answer as to why it got deducted.
