TCS: Made by heroes, now runs by jokers
As per Q1 press release TCS has declined across all markets and units, still they are in profit so it seems all profit is generated by salary cuts by RTO compliance, stopping hikes and promotions, terminations etc malpractices.
Will they at least pay arrears??
Now it seems very hard, even if they pay they will give hike 2-5% so at the end we will remain in same boat. Inflation is more than tcs hikes.
Not at all , why will they give arrears LoL...last time during covid, they did the same , released hikes in November without any arrears.
They ate all our variable pays to show mere profits to its investors. Shameless leaders.
They thinking in order to get hikes and wages unallocated peoples need to sacrifice to resign... If resign then will get all these....
Whatever happenes, they need to show profit only otherwise share price will go for low so they need to maintain stable share price. Tcs will work for investors only not for their employees. so they don’t care employees always.
Exactly they wanted to look good to the outside world, they don't care about actual people who do hard work for them.
