My spouse ( working outside Tcs )has H1B visa and Valid till 2026 year. myself and my daughter are planning to shift for couple of years there. I have already utilised Child care leave ( 1year). I do not want to loose this job. Could someone help me to understand if I am eligible for LWP for next 2 years from TCS.

What is the leave policy in TCS? How many leaves do employees get in a year? And how many leaves can they encash at the end of the year? Do TCS employees get Indian holidays, or does it depend on the project they are working on?
