TCS lost Rs 53,185.89 crore in market cap this week after its shares dropped by 2.82 per cent in 5 days

Feels like bad news for TCS employees.

I don't think they'll get good hikes given the macro economic sentiments and how AI is changing the landscape.

We will see lots of ups and downs in labor market for IT companies in upcoming years before it settles down.
