TCS looting Employees variable pay like anything.

Now they are milking money from their own employee's share. Such a shi* company it is becoming.

Who is up for taking TCS to court on this? Let them justify how CEO can get 70% hike when employees have to take a pay cut.

The way QVA % is getting reduce it looks like in couple of quarter the QVA component will be out from Salary Slip and from compensation.

Not looting it has become a parasite, just sucking blood of the employees.
