Tcs LinkedIn fraud

Hey folks,

When tcs forces us to link our digital profile to LinkedIn, do you think they are doing it so that they can find whonis looking for job outside the tcs and that way they can start to oressurize and thus fire that person indirectly? For me it looks like it's a scam too
