TCS Layoffs reality

They use freshers to replace people who leave the company. It's not expanding, it's more about cheap replacement.

My last project got transfered to Infosys. Maybe many other So this serves the fact

Tcs is not hiring.. it's just a gimick

TCS senior management is just greedy for project billing commission, and cheap labour! They used to deploy BPO/BPS resources in the name of IT consultants. Clients got whiff of this practice, and the result was lost so many projects/accounts.

TCs has not got into the habit of cheating employees of low salaries, no yearly increments, not paying out variable pay, removing medical policy benefits, etc etc. They smartly put in salary components like vehicle maintenance, conveyance to tikbox audit compliance, and that audit team never checks the amount that is beign paid out (rs.2000, rs.1000).

Skso TCSs profits are regularly siphoned off to other Tata companies, to build their companies, and pay their bonuses since 15/20 yrs... and TCS employees continue to languish and cry.

Tatas once known for high standard of ethics, today has lowest level of ethics practiced within TCS. N Chandra, Milind Lakkad and his coterie has spoilt the organization beyond repair.

Boycott buying all Tata products - Titan, Zudio, Nixon cars, Chroma stores, BigBasket ecommerce, Air India, etc etc to Tata Salt. Make Tata group bleed through thousand cuts by boycotting to buy their products and services ( remember 6 lakh employees touch the lives of a crore people downstream). lets see how N Chandra and his coterie feel after losing his job due to non performance.

PS: N Chandra has introduced TCS employee saking in 2015 then as TCS ceo, and the legacy lives on in 2025.

I see 2 C3B team mates asked to got out of project and now they are on bench.
