Are they randomly firing ppl even in projects too or ppl in bench for long time ?

They are releasing from projects and they will be de tagged. They will be under global RMG for 45 days and then they will be asked to resign. To get C3 A and above into projects ISU approval is needed . The accounts won’t ask even if they ask ISU head will not give approval. So seniors who are in the projects are safe and those going to bench are gone . This is my guess only.

I feel ppl from bench and are unallocated inside project will be moved to bench then theyl follow 35 days bench policy and layoff ppl who dont get projects..
