Currently, I am C3A in TCS based on the reported news and current market it is not correct to terminate employee like me.. and in other side yes I have confidante on my skills I can get project within TCS in no time but scenario is not visible on what basis this regourous decission. In my case if atleaat TCS can support 3-6months of salary then I am ok withit and with proper termination note
