TCS Layoff Process – Forced Resignations by RMG? 😕
Hey folks, I recently came across some concerning updates from inside TCS, where a few employees were allegedly forced to resign by the RMG team due to project unavailability.
🔹 No official layoff notice. 🔹 Just pressure to resign voluntarily. 🔹 Minimal support or internal movement options.
This raises a few questions in my mind: – Is this becoming a common trend in other IT firms too? – How ethical is it to push forced resignations without formal layoff procedures? – What rights do employees really have in such situations?
Would love to hear your thoughts or if anyone else has experienced or witnessed this recently.
Let’s talk about it openly. #TCS #Layoffs #ForcedResignation #ITIndustry #RMG #CareerSupport #GrapevineVoices
