TCS layoff is happening
Just now received a call from one of my friend from Nagpur 9 associates were laid off due to bench and 5-6 associates from Hyderabad who were in bench since 3-4 months.
It's happening in varansi location around 5 people have been laid off forced resignation ....iam also on bench from last 75 days ...not getting even a single call ..seems like everything is planned ...to not scheduled a call and when the time come around 90 days will force you to resign
If you want a company will pay you for ever sitting on the bench and doing nothing. Then it's illogical.
Nobody pays you free....
Its not laid off but after giving ample opplortunity they failed to aquire project.
One of my ML associate was joined back but as she was released from my project and I was not having any ope npositikn with me, i was not able to take her back in project. She was tryimg for month and after some 40 days she got the project and working with it. But my genuine feedback on this bench guys, dont make excuses or demands.. else find good job out of tcs as per your choice. All tcs bussiness will not have opening as per your requirement, if its there its your luck else adjust bit.
Dont be demanding when you are on bench, its kind of you are jobless partly and finding job is the priority.
Now its seems like how many people are on bench and taking money without anything. Though it is not only employee’s fault it is Management fault also.
TCS have huge projects but they cant alignment them properly.
One thing I am not able to understand why the layoff news is not coming outside from any sources or from any employees in the social media , I know TCS will not release for sure but what about the employees even 1 or 2 will spread the news in the social media no one is posting about it in the social media platforms
Will they not severence package or notice period salary if they are releasing immediately??
