TCS Layoff criterion
1: 100% allocated 2: 100% WFO 3: Last 5 Band either A/B 4: Multiple Gems Award
What's the probability of getting screwed in this layoff..
Any one has idea on the criteria?
Bhai so ja tu. You are safe. Bench people only are getting screwed. WFO is also not a criteria. WFO non-compliance will lead to monetary losses only. Non-allocation is leading to job loss.
NO ONE KNOWS.. Stop asking strangers because it will increase your anxiety..
Rumour is that skillset, salary & YOE is also considered. Plus vacancy in your unit & location is also a factor.
Better to leave. Literally 30% people I know have either applied for new job or sat in an interview since last week because hint was already given last week.

Never been on bench 100% allocated
Remove c4 and c5 , problem solved . And replace those positions with skilled technical people
You'd be first of asking dumb questions was the criteria. Why would any service company fire billable employees?
C3a and c3b with last 2 c band are in trouble even if they are in billable role
