Tcs laptop not working
Laptop display suddenly turned off while working.. when i press power button - led lights turns on, fan turns on but display is pitch black.
What to do? Suggest please If they replace it - will i have to pay for it? I am using this laptop for more than 4.5 years

If no physical damage TCS will not take any money

Check with Is since your laptop already 4.5 yrs old they will issue new laptop

most probably they will give you replacement until it is fixed
