Take infy. In tcs the package has a high variable component . They will keep monthly variable as well as quarterly variable. So go for infy.

With 3.5 yrs don't go to any u will be stagnant for 3-4 yrs and by the time u r 6 expectations from hiring team will be more ,u might not meet with them if u join tcs and infy now
