TCS joining next month — how strict is 5-day WFO really?
Joining TCS next month. HR said 5 days WFO, minimum 6 hours daily. How strictly is this followed in reality?
Also, what’s the current situation in the company right now — workload, bench, pressure? Looking for honest, current experiences.
It is strict and not at same time. That will depend on your unit, project, location. For some units people just go and swipe for attendance, some don't even go to office but at same time some have to be present for 7+ hours in office, I have seen people in all situations.
Which project and unit has been provided to you? Also, I don't know why are you coming to tcs, Accenture gives 2 hikes in a year, correct me if I'm wrong.
Let me know your experience hike and ctc as I'm curious to know why are you joining tcs.
The hike is now once per year and I got 10% on my last hike but I got the offer from tcs through a walk in drive and they gave me 30% more on my current CTC. I've completed 3yrs here in Accenture and want to make a switch but for now this is the only offer letter I have
