Hi all ,
Can anyone let me know when i can expect my joining letter from TCS. I have already accepted the offer 90 days back and initiated my BGC .
The TCS ibegin portal shows as April 1st 2026 as my joining date , but info on my joining letter.
Can anyone help me here and let me know when i can expect the joining letter . My LWD at my current org is 3 March 2026 .

Don’t trust TCS. Back in 2024, After completing the interview stages, I was asked by the Talent Acquisition team to provide additional declarations related to background verification, employment history, salary proof, and education. I submitted all the required confirmations promptly. After that, there was no further response, and no offer letter or official status update was shared. Despite completing all requested steps, the process ended without any formal communication or closure.
Brother look for other companies. I cleared first round in tcs and hr saying no slots for second round as of now. You can use that offer letter and try to negotiate with new companies with atleast 50% hike from the tcs offer letter. No need to be panic u r actually lucky if u ask me
How much % hike they will provide generally
