TCS joining Delay

Hi TCSer's .those who are in HR department and onboarding team know that there has been significant delay in onboarding 2023 fresher.Yeah it's been 8-9 months since their graduation but they have been not give joining.Sadly ,I am also one of those freshers.I graduated in July 2023.I had 2 offers ,one from tcs as ninja ,another from startup at 4.5 lpa .but I chose not to join the startup in September because I wanted to join TCS .as I didn't know TCS would treat the freshers as such .It's been 8 months,I am unemployed just because I didn't join that startup in September or just because TCS has incompetent management which treats new graduates as non human like they could treat them like shit by wasting their one year and nothing will happen.
