TCS Joining date issue
Hi all, I've received an offer from TCS and I've accepted and completed the bgv. They've given jun 13 as joining date, however I told them I can't join on Jun 13 due to some personal issues and asked them to postpone the joining date by another 2 weeks but they're not responding.
Now, what happens if I don't join TCS on Jun 13? Will they revoke my offer or the joining date will get extended automatically?

Aapka naam Bumrah hai but logo ko Gumrah karne mei aapka koi jawaab nahi. Humne bhi yahi sochke TCS join kiya thha. But leave lena toh bhool jao, project mei map nahi hone k bawjood Office k chakkar lagaane padh rahe hai. 🥲
Don't worry.. if you check offer clearly, the offer is valid for 120 days and they will help u with postpone of joining date upto 1month. Might not be ideal case for everyone but couple of weeks with valid reason would not be an issue. Just wait for them to respond as u have ample of time

TCS offer is 6 months valid. Just accept the offer and reschedule your joining date. But it depends on project emergency.

Search another job boy, ita sinking ship and work atmosphere is completly unhappy and unhealthy
Dont do this your offer would be postponed but there is 70% chance they would reschedule if even they rescheduled it would take another year . Chances are low you would get rescheduled. They will keep the offer but you won’t get called don’t do this things in big corporates sharing my experience
