Tcs itr against New regime

I had filed itr against New regime and 6days back i recieved a gmail from itr stating that there is a mis match of TDS amount and I have to pay extra amount. Should I wait for some more days that tcs will do rectification? Will I get the refund? In the itr portal showing refund as nill and status processed. Iam not getting what is happening. Can anyone guide me on this.
