TCS is withholding RETENTION bonus
Retention bonus is part of our CTC, it is not from ceo or chro's pocket. So why they are going to discontinue with prior notice. What they actually want? How long we remain silent and tolerant their dictatorship
I think they are already discontinuing it for D band employees. It’s around 5% of the CTC, if they discontinue for all, it will be mass resignation that too at senior level. They will not do it arbitrarily.

If they discontinue retention bonus, they should adjust it somewhere else. Even better if the amount is paid monthly so that we need not wait for the whole year. But if they remove it and reduce the CTC, that's unacceptable.
