Bcz TCS is safe in comparison to other it ...since recession is coming
No this is a wrong conception that we all have . Now a days it is not safe , and tcs is also doing firing . Not only firing if you are not performing well then managers are threatening to terminate. Tcs is no more as it was previously
I was also having that thinking that , tcs is safe and I will retire from tcs . But now I can feel till that much if period it is tough to stay in this company. It’s better to switch and earn more money and retire quickly. Becoz staying in tcs with very less salary and that to with uncertainty of getting terminated it’s better to switch other companies and get your savings amount increase.
