TCS is such a bullshit company
Applied to TCS , someone points out that my full time education overlaps with 1 year in employment. So i am not eligible for their criteria…. I mean what is wrong with you… I have total 10 years of experience and you reject me because i chose to do work along side my studies 10 years back ? Punishing me for something that happened so long ago. I have worked with 5 companies till now and none of them flagged it ( i have worked with some if the reputed companies in India ). It does not make sense why they would flag this . This does not affect my skillset , neither does that harm your company. I feel it was a bullet dodged.
I wanted to see what they prided themselves with . They are simply surviving on the brand name , thats it.
Rules are rules, you broke it and you facing it.
I agree. Tcs is living in its TATA bubble. No re hiring, no overlapping like your case. No company does this . Also tcs tag line experience certainty is for their clients not for their employees.
