TCS is struggling to fill 80,000 open positions due to a skills gap. It’s extremely hard to find bright engineers with exceptional coding skills at 3.6 LPA package. 🙂

It's bcs of RMG sleeping on excel.. dont have Single Application to track open position & encourages bench people to Train on demand. Personal experience.. for my skill & experience in same location there was job openings in TCS LinkedIn post. When I ask RMG he told ping in LinkedIn & ask which account.. that's how they function. It looks like They want to hire from outside & get commissions
Everyone is clever enough in choosing the job opportunity to not to join TCS as the salary structure remains same for many years and that would be much more different with other companies
