TCS is signing deals with AI. But in the office they are removing the copilot access. How do they expect employees to learn AI without physically using them. Is this is stupid

Yes, AI deal is just to show to the external market. Tomorrow if they are questioned about AI strategy then they can have an answer. Internally many legacy projects are bnb revenue billing source and it will continue as it is.
