TCS is sadist company

My profile was blocked by one of the accounts and they did not give any billing and just created a non billable swon for single day so that no other account could pick me up.

I was getting lead role and while allocation was in progress, I attended drive at this account sent by rmg and they immediately blocked my profile with one day NON Billable future allocation without even asking whether I was interested or not.

For last two months the manager kept assigning me internal/external/BA profiles and asked me to evaluate them. He created a back role for himself tagging me in GBAMS and I was doing all his work of selecting rejecting people in tool, downloading resumes and calling them and updating their details in excel sheet.

I did all this despite the fact that even after working and completing the project last year I was given a 0.5% hike

Now finally I have been asked to travel to customer location who is following hybrid model, but my billing was created and rostering was done for 5 days a week.

So client employees are coming 3 days a week in their own office and we TCSers need to go t days a week there.

My ex company is still in full work from home mode. But this sadist organization doesnt want their own employee to be happy in any way
