TCS is now employing influencer accounts to spread fake news
Influencer accounts (obviously backed by TCS) in LinkedIn are spreading fake news that 2 yrs of severance is paid to the employees who are being laid off. This is an utter lie and everyone should protest. Many folks who are laid off are not even getting the notice period payment, and only a small % are getting severance pay, that too for a few months.
Facts are known to the public. Lateral, freshers not interested to join tcs.
Don't know who initiated this layoff exercise but it proved a complete misfire & ugly representation.
Why do you think its a paid post that too on linkedin lol.

It's funny how a handful of management staff and functions like HR and RMG can play around with a massive employee base of 6 lakh. Similar to a handful of British ruling India. We are slaves. 0 voice.
