TCS is not providing Form 60 for BH Passing. Can anyone please suggest how to apply for BH Registration of my vehicle.

You should contact your vehicle seller and explain your situation. In many cases they’re willing to proceed if you provide salary slips, Form 16, and your ID card as employment proof. Form 60 is usually not required if you already have a PAN. Still, it’s best to confirm with them once.

They won't provide. Go for normal registration.

Don’t waste time and energy getting form 60, TCS don’t provide it, I tried and failed to get it. Do the regular registration
