Growth you are looking for is only available in small scale businesses not in MNC. In MNC do whatever you paid to do and make a switch whenever you feel Underpaid..

Yes growth in types of health issues, mental imbalance, toxic work culture,burn out,no peace of mind, etc etc etc

Tcs is heaven if you joined it at your 40s

it all depends upon the work , connection , work life balance , payscale , growth you might get in future . Take a note of all these and checkmark .If any one of these is missing .No need to stay for such long.
