TCS is gone now after H1B fee hike
TCS's main revenue of US based projects come by onsite resources. After H1B fee hike, TCS can't send anyone on H1B from India. TCS has been the 2nd highest H1B beneficiary. They have to hire local, who never works on weekends, never do overshift and mainly TCS manages can't bully US locals same as they do with Indians. I know at least 3 people who has H1B, but TCS management either lay off them, or they resigned and management didn't retain them. Now TCS will pay hardly by Trump's decision. Let's see where stock price goes on Monday.

Look beyond TCS more GCC will be opened by US bodies here in India. You all will get chance to be hired there if you have skills. US locals are not hard working like us and that top US bosses know well. We Indian now should stop the American dream and learn to be in India 🇮🇳 and prosper our own country. Feeling sad for the NRIs

Who is the first beneficiary of this visa?

India only. US will start employing their local people. After all, majority of innovation and money is with US, and why not the talent. Our major skillset goes to US for master studies, why ? Because their post graduation is best in the world. If it is, then Trump is asking why not our local talent. They will start upskillig their local population to match with H1B resources being hired till now. It's similar to national security for them.
And this action is a worst for Indian IT companies in many decades. Infosys ana Wipro ADRs listed on US are already down by 3%. The more details will come, more negative it will be.
Add on to this, the other blow is coming with tarrif on outsourced work outside US.

Exactly why would Americans work like donkeys. They actually have a life and better labour laws.

-20 percent drop on stock possible in coming weeks

The IT industry will be doomed not just tcs..

Onsite visa will not be Renewed. People will start jumping off this drowning ship sooner than later.

Nothing will happen to onsite. Offhsore employess will have to suffer. Our variable will be cut, less hikes and more layoffs for TCS.
