
TCS is going through its phase ever
I joined TCS in 2022 October given the incredible track record it has for job security! It delayed my joining by 4 weeks( it was an initial shocker for me,i have never heard it or experienced it) After joining they allocated me to a project in BFSI and there was no literally no work for 2 months. This happend for all 20-25 resources joining that account By December,they released all new joiners citing client budget Shocker no.2 they told no annual hike for new joiner which has been stopped from 2021 Shocker no 3 I have 70 k as variable every quarter they gave 30% only of that ,this company is literally faking on the CTC to lateral joiners and to all employees staying long time Shocker no 4 They gave me less than 1% hike next year even after getting B band They.increased medical insurance premium so in hand also reduced WFO for 5 days,9 hrs a day,leave not getting approved for 3 consecutive working days,manager abusing people for some compliance issues in the call, I have never seen work culture as pathetic as this Reimbursement pending for 3 months ,no gems for giving so much to conduct BFSI infosecurity quizzes among 50+ people across projects The 35 day bench just gives them legality to layoff 15% strength This company has certainly gone to its lowest ever They will definitely not give the retention bonus as promised earlier! Don't bring you friends or buddies into this company and try to leave ASAP This positon is due to mismanagement of the high level bosses at top!

3 to 4 years back tcs was the most preferred company. People joined here with lower packages considering all the benefits. Even I had much better offer but I chose tcs. Now tcs is the worst and for me it's least preferred now. All bad policies is with tcs. No IT company is doing 5 days wfo or 9 hours from office. None has lower bench period of 35 days.

Totally true, couldn't have agreed more. You have put it exactly which is happening with most of employees here.

That’s exactly true. No increment, no appreciation for work. CTC is just a fake number here in TCS which I never got in my 3 years here. BFSI is becoming bunch of such people who don’t work and they are backed by strong support of managers. People support the other people like they are which makes me think that the managers are also not working in TCS, mainly who are here since last many years. All they are concerned about is building connections with client and deliver whatever rubbish quality of code. So far, what I have seen here is, people don’t work much in tcs and they don’t like the hard working employees so they backbite about them to managers saying their behaviour is not good. Managers strongly support such non-workers and harass the hard working employees with the label that they are not doing team work and not building harmonious relationships at work. What a pathetic statement and behaviour by managers! Aren’t we in TCS to work and deliver the quality work? What an employee can do in such situation except leaving the organisation since HR also doesn’t listen to genuine employees!!

TCS is utilising benefits of market conditions and its existing workforce.

It is NOT A PHASE. IT is PERMANENT.
Most of the project was onprem migration which is completed and now with AI half of the workforce is clueless.

Very true. Additionally managers do not update about what is going on in project and client. They only want you to stick to the project without any questions.
