Tcs is going down the Drain!!!

Tcs has been caught for years of mismanagement, bench count is so high and cos of which project ppl are not getting hike for their hardwork. A new project is being acquired in tcs but its so tough to get associates for the account..From the bench most of them are not meeting demands of customers and failing in client evaluation . All the good associates left the organisation and left over ones are not interested to accept the project due to personal aspiration or failing in evaluation.

How much you curse it won't matter tcs won't fall ever ,there are tons of people for replacement.They know business very well that's why it is one of the biggest IT company.Today if 1000 leaves org they can hire 10000 they have that much of power . So just chill upskill and leave 😎

True if you are not happy then take this as motivation and land good job in dream company. Only people staying in tcs are because of personal reason or connections

TCS is good freshers, TCS hires them in bulk, out of that 5-6% will get chance to outshine and grow Rest ppl will cry for hike. 5 years span is good to spend in TCS. Later no use to stay in this org.
