My delivery manager told otherwise. Company is in silent firing mode. If someone is resigns they are in no mood to ask them stay or offering them retention bonus. Of course it depends on unit to unit, since ours is a thankless one with negative revenue growth LCHMT such cases are certainty. Moreover units are releasing associates who are not RTO complaint.
