I have asked this question because I have heard lot about north region but not more than 1 case from south. I have no intention to discrimination. Everyone is Indian from My side. I’m feeling bad for everyone who lost their job despite being a hard worker. I have known people fired who was working on an assignment and other that requirement handed over to me. Feeling extremely bad.
Tcs is biased now towards tamilian management and folks

Take home loan from TCS or take some advance salary from them, they will not fire anyone from east-west-north-south😂
In Bangalore from yesterday, In front of me only 3 people resigned forcefully who had the C3A brand. Just completed 30 days on the bench and got selected for various projects and waited for project allocation. But RMG is not approving any SWON or WON creation for that selected candidates so automatically they are in the list to resign forcefully. Now the situation is very bad for C3A and brand associates. We got an email from the HR team for 2nd round discussion then that is your last working day in TCS. If you have mail confirmation for the next assignment then you will be little sefer side
