Rmg is not seeing grades they are targeting non billable and skilled people too.

Tcs internal system has no way to find who is skilled and who is useful for them....
They just need to remove people and achieve Target now during this anyone who is at wrong place at wrong time will become target....

They are targetting non T and M allocation candidates now

Any idea how many people tcs will remove this year ?50k,70k?

I believe this will continue for next 3/4 yrs... first ppl on bench, then ppl with high salaries but playing low roles, then ppl who are in the same project for years on end - their band, promotions will be re-checked, some ppl above 50s will be forced to take super annuation (from the age of 54 to 58 all employees are forced into it), then recent joiners with high salaries, those not working from office for atleast 3 hrs/day for 3 days a week.
WFO is getting mandatory for 9.5 hrs/day for all 5 days per week. Do, brace for yourself.
PS: Salary increased is too low even cover inflation costs every year. Even basic salary is capped to very low so that company contribute very little to your PF. Against this backdrop, most of us need to evaluate their skills vs earnings, else retirement life is going to very painful.

From which month onwards are they gonna implement this 9.5 hrs thing?
