Tcs is bringing foreigners for wrong job descriptions

TCS is bringing in foreigners, and after talking to many of them, I found out that most were promised a certain job description. However, when they arrived in India, they discovered that the job description was completely wrong or partially different from what they expected. When they discuss this with the project manager, they are often told that the issue will be fixed in a couple of months. By then, it becomes too late for them to return to their previous jobs or join other projects. Once they are cornered, they end up agreeing to still do the job. Apparently, this has become a business model.
