Tcs is a trap

In 2021 i joined TCS and was thinking from here life will change explore new projects , diversity, everything but nothing happened within one year the project got ramp down ,6 months i was on bench, one day someone called me from the RMG team there is project of US named walgreen i agreed and join that project in 2022 its been around 2 years i am totally free there is no work enough where i can improve my skills and apply in some other company although manager and leaders providing excuses we will put you in some good work later and have plan for you now i am forgetting my last 4 years of hard-work or previous experience work every single day i feel unhappy here because sab aagey bhad rahe hai aur mein yahah bass time pass kar raha hu guys please help me and suggest how to get out from the current project so i can apply somewhere else.
