Tcs is a good company. PPL who work hard don't complain about it and get the fruitful results only
People who work hard don’t have time for anything else except sleep and work. They might be getting fruitful results for their clients, but personally and professionally they are getting royally fucked. No family time, no promotion, no proper salary increment, no proper health.
I agree there maybe some who get the salary increment, but that’s in the minority.

In my team people have worked for 2- 3 hours and shown their work for 8-12 hours and got A rating...it was my bad that i thought TCS will validate with client about our work hours so i gave actual 2 hours work and got C rating...am senior in my team and have done crirical activities...that is of no importance and so i am done with TCS

What fruitful results? For example wings, we study hard along with our work and able to achieve wings then suddenly ur rating drops due to some unforeseen reasons. And there goes our hardwork. Our salary shouldn’t be decided by some exam, it should be based on other factors. Salary hike is a joke here.

It's just like any other company taking advantage (one sided policies) of unemployment in the country. Not specifically bad. Overall as a society, something should change.
