TCS Is

TCS has very disrespectful culture filled with people who are technically very weak. However, everyone considers themselves as boss. I have hardly found any person with good technical skills in my experience with tcs so far. There are just bunch of unskilled workers and focus on all things except work. Isn’t it only me experiencing that way? What’s your opinion on that?

Yeah, exactly. And on top of that, they behave like as if they are the top level managers! Plus managers also provide strong support to such associates. Earlier I used to think why they do so but now it makes sense, people support people alike them, isn’t it?
