TCS - IPF Rating 4.08
Is it good rating shall I accept it ? Manager expect me to do more external certifications( I work more than 10 hours for client so no time ) and my current T factor is 1.95 and mangers target is 3 . It’s my first appraisal jn TCS kindly suggest . Should I accept it or disagree with it .
