TCS into recruiting spree 😲
Hello all I am daily getting calls from TCS and Accenture nowadays and it seems TCS is into recruiting spree. Guys from TCS can anyone throw some light on this, I mean they removed a good number and now adding again.

Yeah, that's how business cycles work. When business environment is slow, and revenue projections and work in pipeline are lower, reduce costs through layoffs to improve profit margins.
Then when market projections improve and more work is in pipeline, hire again to earn more revenue.
That's the normal way businesses work.
I don't know why people think as if hiring or firing sprees are anything permanent. Any company's workforce size is a dynamic variable that is adjusted up or down every year depending on business environment and market conditions, to try to obtain maximum profitability for the shareholders, year by year 😊
